Delete Your Resyl Account
Follow these steps to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
How to Delete
- Open the Resyl mobile app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap on Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Confirm to schedule deletion.
Data Erasure Policy
When you confirm deletion, the following process is initiated automatically:
- Immediate Action: Your account is deactivated and logged out. You will not be visible to other users.
- 30-Day Grace Period: Your data remains encrypted on our secure servers for 30 days. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account simply by logging in again within this period.
- Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, a secure cleanup process runs. This action is irreversible.
What is Deleted?
The permanent deletion process removes 100% of your data from our systems, backups, and storage providers:
- ✕User Profile & Identity
- ✕Firebase Authentication Record
- ✕All Contacts & Relationships
- ✕All Notes & Text Entries
- ✕All Interaction Logs
- ✕All Deals & Pipeline Data
- ✕Uploaded Images & Videos (Physical Files)
- ✕Search Index & Metadata
